I ordered over the phone for a Mother's Day $60 bouquet. I visited my mother the following day and saw the dead arrangement that was sent to her. When I called the store to explain to them that the flowers were already dead, they wanted me to take them back to the store to prove it to them! I couldn't believe that. That was the only resolution they offered.
I would not recommend this flower shop if you want fresh flowers or even good customer service.
Fantastic customer service and gorgeous arrangement. I called 10 places in an increased radius of where the funeral was, but its the day after Christmas and most were closed, one told me it was too far for them to deliver. This gentleman was very polite and didn't even blink about the distance. I'm in NC, but my dad sent me a picture, the arrangement was gorgeous and the only one at the funeral beacuse of the Holiday. Would highly recommendation.
